太極拳界權威人物李德印是人民大學體育部主任，北京市武術協會副主席，第十一屆亞運會太極拳表演總教練，太極拳競賽裁判長，入選“中華武林百傑”和“全國十大武術名師”，出版大量太極拳論著及影像教材，在推廣普及和規範太極拳方面成就卓著。　

李德印此次是第一次到洛杉磯講學，準備用一整天時間教授他新近創編已經迅速風靡中國大陸及海外的太極功夫扇套路。

上課時間：5月29日星期六，上午9點半至下午5點半，包括中午吃飯時間。

Martial Arts Professor Li De Yin’s Workshop on May 29th

Professor Li De Yin is the known-to-all-figure in China because of his outstanding contribution in promoting Taiji Quan and other martial arts. He is the director of the Physical Education Department of Beijing People’s University and vice chairman of Beijing Wushu Association. He served as head coach for the thousands-people-Taiji- quan-demonstration on the opening ceremony of Eleventh Asian Game and chief referee for the Taiji quan competition. He is chosen to be one of the “Hundred of Best Martial Artists in China Today” and one of the “National Ten Most Popular Wushu Masters”. During his long years of professional martial arts career, he published dozens of books and video products on Taijiquan.

What he is going to teach on May 29 is Taiji Kongfu Fan, which is created by himself and some others. This set is so welcomed by the public ever since its birth a couple years ago that it has become one of the most popular Taiji sets ever created.
