General Barry R. McCaffrey serves as chairman for HNTB Federal Services, member of The HNTB Companies Board of Directors and president of his own consulting firm, McCaffrey Associates. He is a national security and terrorism analyst for NBC News and an Adjunct Professor of International Affairs at the United States Military Academy at West Point, NY. Between 1996 and 2001, General McCaffrey oversaw the United States’ national drug control policy as the Director of the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy, a Presidential Cabinet-level position.
