|HOUSTON―A unique Houston treasure located in Hermann Park, Miller Outdoor Theatre has entertained and delighted several generations of Houstonians. Pack a picnic basket, a blanket or lawn chair to enjoy the performance from the hill, or sit in the brand new seats under the canopy.|
Approximately 1,700 new seats have just been installed under the canopy. All performances at Miller Outdoor Theatre are FREE OF CHARGE; however, tickets for assigned seating under the canopy are available at the Miller Theatre Box Office on a first-come first-serve basis between the hours of 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. on the day of the performance. Please only four (4) tickets per person. Remaining tickets are given out one hour before the performance starts.

Classically Contemporary showcases great classical showpieces like George Balanchine’s “Tchaikovsky Pas de deux to Solo,” a contemporary tour-de-force for three male dancers by Dutch choreographer Hans van Manen. The evening also features two recent works by Stanton Welch: “Mediaeval Baebes,” a showcase for the company’s women, and “Nosotros,” a romantic display of talent in a magical, star-lit setting.
