|International Management District invites the public to attend a meeting for the unveiling of the District’s Proposed Environmental and Urban Design Master Plan|
The Board of Directors of the International Management District is hosting a public meeting to unveil the proposed Environmental and Urban Design Master Plan. The Plan addresses street signage, way finding signs, beautification, esplanade enhancements and monumentation of the District’s thoroughfares.
The meeting is scheduled for Thursday, August 6th, from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the at Hastings Ninth Grade Center located at 6750 Cook Rd., Houston, Texas 77072
The District hired the firm of M2L and Associates to complete the plan. Everyone is encouraged to attend the meeting to give us your input and learn more about the plan.
Management districts are empowered to finance projects related to public safety, mobility and transportation, environmental and
urban design, as well as business development. Districts provide programs and services in accordance with its service plans and
supplements services provided by the City of Houston. The Board of Directors consists of area commercial property owners or their
designated representatives appointed and approved by Houston City Council.
