WHY: Economic success is often determined by a good education. The Asian Chamber of Commerce Scholarship Foundation (ACCSF) was established to assist deserving graduating high school students of Asian descent to attend a Texas university or college. ACCSF also contributes annually to the Houston Community College Foundation (HCCF) who provides match funds to give scholarships to deserving HCC students. Thanks to a major contribution from Shell, the ACCSF is able to provide these scholarships to young people wanting to further their knowledge and contribute to a more prosperous future for themselves and their community.
