TXY-Tech Inc. is a small closely held firm in Houston that develops and applies the technique of pressure sealing for pipelines and vessels, produces relevant equipments and provides technical training. With more than 15-year business experience in China, TXY-Tech’s parent company, Tianjin Xiangyue Sealing Material Co., Ltd has acquired two product patents, has been certified as the State Examination Institute for Pressure Sealing Personnel by the government, and enjoys a wide industrial network across the entire nation. With its newly established Houston office, the energy and technology hub of the world, TXY-Tech targets the North America’s market and seeks a both experienced and innovative sales person to lead the sales team with enthusiasm and professional expertise.
§ Develop and maintain a customer database;
§ Source and develop client referrals;
§ Prepare sales action plans and schedules;
§ Plan and conduct direct marketing activities;
§ Make outreaching calls to new and existing clients;
§ Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients;
§ Develop sales proposals;
§ Present sales contracts;
§ Maintain sales activity records and reports;
§ Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person;
§ Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships;
§ Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management;
§ Conduct market research and surveys;
§ Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development.
§ Work experience in the petroleum or chemical industries 3 years+;
§ Able to work with team players, juggle multiple priorities and handle quickly-emerging tasks;
§ Sales experience highly preferred;
§ Excellent interpersonal skills;
§ Creativity and self-motivation favorable;
§ Knowledge of customer service principles;
§ Experience in making presentations;
§ Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
