An acknowledged pioneer of Texas public land use policy, Patti was the youngest person, and the first woman to be appointed director of planning and development for the City of Houston. She founded Knudson Services, a multi-disciplinary firm providing creative, innovative and sustainable design and financing solutions, in 1990.

Mike has over 30 years experience building perforating tools for the oilfield services industry. Mike has grown the company from a small 16,000 sq. ft. shop to a 100,000 sq. ft. facility near Pearland, Texas.
