|On November 15, 2013, Culinary Institute LeNôtre proudly hosted five Chapters of the Chaine des Rôtisseurs for a Kistler Wine Dinner at Kris Bistro, our gourmet, in-house Bistro. The Chaîne des Rôtisseurs is the oldest and largest food and wine society in the world. Chef Kris Jakob was awarded the Brillat-Savarin Award and $500 was raised for the Chaîne scholarship foundation. The Brillat-Savarin Award is bestowed upon those who are involved in culinary arts as chefs, educators, writers,or scientists dedicated to promoting education.|
