|HOUSTON – Houston’s economy has been growing at a torrid pace. The region created 79,600 net new jobs in the 12 months ending October 2013. Can the pace be maintained or is growth slowing? The Greater Houston Partnership will unveil its 2014 jobs forecast to answer this question at tomorrow’s Houston Region Economic Outlook event.|
The event opens with a panel discussion on Houston’s current economic state and the future prognosis. This will be followed by a luncheon presentation of the GHP forecast by Patrick Jankowski, Vice President, Research, GHP. The event will close with a keynote address by John E. Silva, Chief Economist, Wells Fargo.
