您们好！

“红杉树---中美友谊之约朱佳莉独唱音乐会（北京专场）”新闻发布会已经于6月19日在北京瑞士酒店成功召开。当天有包括中央电视台、北京电视台在内的70多家媒体对新闻发布会进行了报道与采访，相关消息在各大网站上均有报道。

朱佳莉“红杉树音乐会北京专场”即将于北京时间6月25日19点30分在北京保利剧院举行。截至目前为止，总共一千四百张门票全部告罄。其中包括部长、副部长、各国驻华大使等以上重要贵宾逾八十多人。李肇星前部长也将与多位好友一道前往，聆听由他作词的《纽约别情》的中国首唱。在此，我们非常希望休斯顿的朋友能够亲临北京音乐会现场。令人高兴的是中央电视台将参与音乐会的全程录播，大家将有机会通过电视转播看到这场音乐会的实况。

首先，我们代表本次活动的三个主办方：中国对外演出公司、中国音乐学院、美中基金会,对中外各届朋友的光临表示热烈欢迎!
First, we represent the three organizers of this concert: China Foreign Performance Company, China Conservatory of Music and US-China Foundation to thank all friends from home and abroad for being with us at this concert.

今晚这场红杉树音乐会的主角是女高音朱佳莉。朱佳莉1997年毕业于沈阳音乐学院民族声乐系，师从著名中国民歌表演艺术家丁雅娴教授，之后留校任教三年。
The star of this evening of the Redwood Concert is soprano Julia Zhu. Julia Zhu graduated from Chinese Traditional Vocal Department of Shenyang Conservatory of Music in 1997; she was instructed under well-known Chinese folk-song singer, professor Din Yaxian; after graduation, she taught at Shenyang Conservatory of Music for three years.

2000年加盟美中基金会，出任艺术总监。现在师从于著名声乐教育家、中国音乐学院院长金铁霖教授。在学习中国民族音乐的同时，朱佳莉拜著名女中音歌唱家梁宁为师认真学习美声唱法，并专门赴欧洲与美国学习与进修，多年的学习艺术与实践，使朱佳莉具备了演唱多种不同风格、不同语言、不同声乐作品的实力，并于今年4月30日在休斯顿市成功举办了她 “红杉树”独唱音乐会的美国专场。
Julia Zhu joined US-China Foundation (USCF) in 2000 and acts as artistic director of USCF. She is instructed under professor Jin Tielin, well-known vocal educator, president of China Conservatory of Music. Julia is also instructed under world-famous mezzo-soprano Liang Ning for learning western vocal singing skills and went to Europe and America for further studying vocal singing skills. After many years of learning and performing, Julia has had a unique capacity of masterly performing different vocal works with different styles and in different languages; and successfully gave her solo Redwood Concert in Huston in April 30, 2007.

今晚，朱佳莉将首先献给大家两首烩炙人口的艺术歌曲《美丽家园》（石顺义作词，王咏梅作曲）与《枫桥夜泊》（唐 张继词；黎英海曲；钢琴伴奏邓垚）。顺便说明一下，今晚的音乐会上半场由钢琴伴奏，下半场由交响乐团伴奏。
At first, please enjoy two hit songs sung by Julia: Lovely Homeland (Lyrics-writer, Shi Sunyi, composer, Wang Yong Mei) and Staying At Maple Bridge (Lyrics-writer of Tang Dynasty, Zhang Ji, composer Li Ying Hai, piano accompanist, Deng Yao), By the way, to better enjoy the artistic and musical beauty brought by Julia’s singing, the first half of this concert is accompanied with piano, the second half of this concert is accompanied by symphony orchestra.

《红杉树》是本场音乐会的主题，而《红杉树》这首歌更唱的是中美人民友谊。二十多年来，《红杉树》一歌已唱遍中国的大江南北，美国的东西两岸。并获得了当年的文化部与全国音协歌曲大奖。今年是中美关系史上的一个重要纪念日，即美中上海联合公报签发三十五周年与美国前总统首访中国三十五周年。　我们今晚特别邀请了《红杉树》这首歌的曲作者，著名作曲家沈传薪教授。现在，让我们热烈欢迎沈传薪教授为朱佳莉亲自伴奏他的知名作品《红杉树》。
The song Redwood is the theme of this concert; the song Redwood is expressing the friendship between Chinese and Americans. Over the two decades, the song Redwood resounded throughout China and America. Today is a momentous date in the history of China-US relationship ---the 35th anniversary of announcing of US-China Joint Communiqué and former US president Nixon’s first visit to China. We have invited the lyrics-writer of the song Redwood, well-known composer, professor Shen Chuan Xing. Next, Julia will sing a new song Goodbye, New York, its lyrics-written by former Chinese foreign minister Li Zhao Xing and this song was especially written for Julia at the end of last year, its composer, Han Kewen. The song expressed the deep love of Chinese overseas compatriots for their motherland. When this song was first sung by Julia in Huston in April 30, it became a hit song. This song is the first Chinese song sung by Julia tonight. And it is our great honor of having foreign minister Li Zhao Xing with us tonight and we are very grateful for the great support given by foreign minister Li Zhao Xing.
