李曼女士是当今杰出的优秀青年女画家，她的作品曾多次在国内外参展并获奖。当我欣赏了中国青年艺术家李曼女士的新作之后，颇有激动之感。李曼女士的中国画作品吸收西洋艺术的精华，她巧妙的将中西艺术结合在一起，创造了中国绘画艺术新的里程碑。在中国艺术界引起了较大的反响，李曼女士能在中国传统的生宣纸上用石色画出层次厚重色彩明快有深刻思想的工笔画，打破了古人传下来的只能在熟宣纸上画工笔画的传统工式。创造了美术史上的新篇章，给中西两岸的艺术增添了光辉的一页。

李曼女士的作品是与人品合为一体的，她认为在我们当今社会里，真、善、美的东西总是占主导地位的，她渴求通过艺术画面来表现真善与美德。力争为人类增添更多美的享受。我为她对艺术上的追求、执著、心领神会、刻苦、实干的精神而敬佩。像这样能歌善舞、既会作画又会雕刻、既会装璜设计，又会工艺美术的人才，实在是难得。李曼女士在艺术界高层的影响之大。泰国人民美称她为"牡丹皇后"。

《青年艺术家李曼画展》在香港展览时，霍英东先生高价收藏了她的作品，这冲分说明李曼女士精心创作的艺术品得到了社会的认可。她曾多次到其它国家办过个人画展，均有中国驻外大使及文化参赞亲临主持剪彩仪式。这又说明了各界人士对李曼作品的喜爱和敬昂。也说明了她在国际上享有的艺术地位。

中国著名慈善教育家、中国政协副主席、中国佛教协会主席赵朴初老先生曾对李曼这样的赞美，"鸟语似闻纸上，花香幻出毫端，梨束全供游刃，壮丽示现何难。喜遇英才艺苑，况且乡里淮南，英负超群天赋，攀登不让前贤。"是的，李曼英才在艺苑里的攀登是不让前辈的，这位超群而又赋有天赋的青年艺术家就是敢于把自己的艺术天赋用心血和颜色凝聚一起，筑成一幅幅美妙动人的画卷。奉献给世界各国的艺术爱好者。

中国著名美术家、美学家中央美术学院教授、全国政协委员、国家一级美术鉴定师常任侠老先生为李曼女士画册《李曼作品集》书写前言，给与了高度的赞赏。

中国著名的书法家、美术鉴定家。中国书法家协会主席启功老先生在诗中赞扬到"百草千花，香遍天涯。造化在手，无愧名家。刻木采采，鱼鸟虫蛙。案头之供，艺苑之芭。"是啊，李曼女士无愧是名家了，他的作品在中国，在全世界都有颇有影响力了。

李曼女士的雕刻老师，全国政协委员、著名艺术家韩美林也对李曼的作品及人品非常敬佩。亲笔写下了《后来者居上》赠给李曼。在鲜花和掌声中，李曼没有骄傲。她仍然谦虚勤学，敬重老师和朋友，处处学习别人的长处。所以泰华艺术协会理事长蔡妻虹老先生说："李曼天资丽质，信惠画中，淡泊名利，注重人品与德品"。是不可多得的人才。"

李曼画展在东南亚，美国等地展出后，受到各界人士的欢迎，荣得了最高的荣誉。李曼女士娇小玲珑，性情坦率、热情开朗、乃皖南佳丽，江南才女也。她天资聪颖，多才多艺，作品多次发表在国内外的报刊杂志上，并多次参展及获奖。她的努力得到了社会的承认。我在艺术天地里耕耘了四十年所见过的艺术新秀层出不穷，但像李曼女士这样多才多艺的人才，却不多见。所以，我对她总的概括只有两个字《美神》她是美的天使，是神的精灵……。

李曼的新作品在美国的纽约、休斯顿两城市展出，很受美国人民的喜爱，她的艺术生涯还很长，还需要各方面修养和各界人士的支持，她将会是一位特殊的杰出英才。

我忠心的祝愿李曼女士在绘画创作领域中开辟出更加美丽的艺术天地。

Ms. Li Man believes that a good picture could be educational. And how to achieve this end has been directing her in her career. She always tries to present a picture with sincerity, honesty and beauty, which are dominant in the human society. I am very proud of her. She is so devoted and consistent in her profession. In addition to the Chinese painting, she is also good at wood carving, interior design, singing and dancing. She is of all talents.

Ms. Li Man's reputation increases as more exhibitions of her works are held home and abroad. The Thai people gave her a nickname "Chinese Peony Queen". One of her exhibits, titled "Dance of Butterfly & Flower", was added to the list of collections by Hong Kong billionaire Huo Yingdong while on display in Hong Kong.

Mr. Zhao Puchu, Chairman of Chinese Buddhists' Association and Vice Chairman of Chinese Political Consultative Conference, praised her as a gifted artist who makes birds sing and flowers dance on paper and as a can-do person.

Professor Chang Renxia, a well-known artist, anesthetist and State Art Appraiser, authored the foreword for "Li Man's Selected Works" in which he highly complimented her success.

Mr. Qi Gong, the most famous Chinese calligrapher and art critic, complimented her with a poem: with your brush-strokes, grass & flowers look fresh. Under your carving knife, fish & frogs turn alivr.

Artist Han Meiling, who was Ms. Li's teacher, is very impressed by her works, as well as her personal characters. He described her as a rising star, "surpassing old-timers". Ms. Li Man is a honest and hard working person. Even though she is getting famous, she shows respect for her seniors and other people. As Mr. Tsai, Chairman of the Chinese Art Association of Thailand, put it, she is a person of extraordinary ability with good characters.

As her personal exhibitions were successfully held in many countries, her reputation expanded beyond the borders. Many of her paintings could be found in different publications. Her hard work has been rewarded. Early this year, she had shows in Houston, Texas and New York city which proved to be a big success.

Ms. Li Man is one of the few most talented young artist I have ever seen. I am sure that she would continue her effort to make things perfect, presenting more beautiful pictures to her audience.
