Press Registration and Badge Pick-Up Hours
0700-1730 (Monday, 30 April through Thursday, 3 May)
The OTC press registration and badge pick-up room is located in D1, level 1, near the entrance to Hall D.
Report there to pick up your badge and press ribbon.
Press Work Room Hours
0700-1730 (Monday, 30 April through Thursday, 3 May)
The OTC press room is located in room 408/409 on level 2 of Reliant Center.
OTC Press Conference Room Hours
0800-1650 (Monday, 30 April through Thursday, 3 May)
Room 108D, Reliant Center, Level 1
Enter Reliant Park at the gate on Kirby and McNee. Park in Red Lot 4 and enter Reliant Center through the glass doors to OTC Press Room, next to Hall D.
The parking fee at Reliant Center is USD 10 per entry. For your convenience, a special parking permit is available for USD 48 that gives you unlimited in-and-out privileges during the 4 days of the show. Parking permits can be obtained on-site in the Exhibitor Services Center in Reliant Center, level 1, room 104C or in Reliant Arena, Hall A. Bring your parking stub to the service desk for a USD 10 credit towards the purchase of a permit. If you have preordered a permit, a refund of USD 10 will be processed when you pick up your permit.

Please note: The parking lot shuttles will pick up and drop off at Reliant Center and Reliant Arena; however, the hotel buses will ONLY pick up and drop off at the Arena. If you arrive at the Arena, there is a shuttle that loops from the Arena to the Center and back every 3 to 5 minutes.

Guidelines for Photography/Audio and Video Recording
No audio recording, video recording, or photography is allowed without OTC's permission. All journalists seeking to do any of these things must register as press and check in at the OTC press room. They will be asked to sign a form agreeing to the following OTC policies on photography and audio and video recording.
Press Access to Breakfast Sessions, Luncheons, and Special Events
Press are allowed to cover any ticketed event without a ticket, but are not offered a meal. We attempt to provide chairs for the press, but some events may be sold out and offer standing room only for press on a first-come, first-served basis.
OTC will not provide press with complimentary tickets to any of the special events; however, you may purchase a ticket to an event.
If you are attending a topical breakfast or any other session in Reliant Arena, we encourage you to leave Reliant Center at least 15 minutes prior to the event to accommodate for walking and shuttle time.
Note: The breakfasts will be held in Reliant Center, level 2, in rooms 202, 204, 206, and 300. The specific room for each breakfast will be indicated on signs outside the rooms. Breakfast times are 0730-0900.
