General Information

Press Registration and Badge Pick-Up Hours

· 0700-1730 (Monday, 6 May through Thursday, 9 May)

· The OTC press registration and badge pick-up room is located in D1, level 1, near the entrance to Hall D.

· Report there to pick up your badge and press ribbon.

Press Work Room Hours

· 0700-1730 (Monday, 6 May through Thursday, 9 May)

· The OTC press workroom is located in room 408/409 on level 2 of Reliant Center.

OTC Press Conference Room Hours

· 0800-1650 (Monday, 6 May through Thursday, 9 May)

· Room 108D, Reliant Center, Level 1

Parking Information

· Parking passes are no longer available. Parking is only available in cash lots.

Please note: The parking lot shuttles will pick up and drop off at Reliant Center and Reliant Arena; however, the hotel buses will ONLY pick up and drop off at the Arena. If you arrive at the Arena, there is a shuttle that loops from the Arena to the Center and back every 3 to 5 minutes.

Guidelines for Photography/Audio and Video Recording

No audio recording, video recording, or photography is allowed without OTC's permission. All journalists seeking to do any of these things must register as press and check in at the OTC press room. They will be asked to sign a form agreeing to the following OTC policies on photography and audio and video recording.

Press Access to Breakfast Sessions, Luncheons, and Special Events

· Press are allowed to cover any ticketed event without a ticket, but are not offered a meal. We attempt to provide chairs for the press, but some events may be sold out and offer standing room only for press on a first-come, first-served basis.

· OTC will not provide press with complimentary tickets to any of the special events; however, you may purchase a ticket to an event.

· If you are attending a topical breakfast or any other session in Reliant Arena, we encourage you to leave Reliant Center at least 15 minutes prior to the event to accommodate for walking and shuttle time.
